Debbie Gilbert
Debbie was graduated from Gadsden State Junior College's court reporting school in 1978. She was certified in Georgia in
1978 and worked for 28 years for Tom Crites & Associates International before opening Brown Reporting's Brunswick office in 2006.
Debbie and Mynjuan formed Gilbert & Jones in January of 2008. Debbie has been a reporter for 32 years.
Mynjuan Jones
Upon graduation from Brown College of Court Reporting in 1991, Mynjuan worked for Tom Crites & Associates in Savannah
from 1991 until 2000. She then opened Brown Reporting's Savannah office in 2000 where she remained until forming Gilbert & Jones in 2008. Mynjuan has her RPR and has 20 years' experience court reporting.
Janell A. Buchanan
Janell attended Jacksonville School of Court Reporting, in Jacksonville, Florida, after which
she reported in the Duval County/Nassau County area. In 1982 she opened Janell Buchanan &
Associates in Fernandina Beach, Florida, where she reported until moving to Georgia in 1996.
Since moving to Georgia she worked for Tom Crites & Associates International for approximately
five years, Advanced Verbatim Reporting for approximately seven years, then joining
Gilbert & Jones in late 2008. Janell received her RPR certification in 1996.
Thomas J. Dorsey
Tom went to court reporting school at American Business Academy in Hackensack, New Jersey, and completed the program in 1988, at which time he went to work for Westchester Reporting Service in White Plains, New York. The company subsequently evolved into Noon & Pratt and thereafter into Interim Legal Services. He worked there until 1997, and then he became employed by Manhattan Reporting Corp./LegaLink in New York City. In 2002, Tom moved to Florida and worked for Prestige Court Reporting in Inverness, Florida. In 2004, he relocated to Tennessee and worked for Gibson Court Reporting until he joined Gilbert & Jones in June 2011. He is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia and has his Registered Professional Reporter certification.
Annette Pacheco
Annette was graduated magna cum laude from Hagerstown Business College in 1976. She worked for Eastern Shore Reporting Service in Elkton, Maryland, from 1976 to 1984; Corbett & Associates in Wilmington, Delaware, from 1984 to 1991; Wilcox & Associates in Wilmington, Delaware, from 1991 to 1999; McKee Court Reporting in Savannah, Georgia, from 1999 to 2010. Annette has her RPR and RMR certifications and has been a court reporter for 34 years.
Erin Poepping
Erin was graduated from Lakeshore Technical College with an associate's degree in judicial reporting in 2006. She worked for the Manitowoc County Commissioner's Office in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, until July of 2008 when she moved to Brunswick, Georgia. She was certified in Georgia in 2008 and worked for Advanced Verbatim Reporting from July 2008 until December 2010 when the agency merged with Gilbert & Jones. Erin has been a reporter for five years.
Barbara Prindle
Barbie was certified in New Jersey in 1993 after being graduated from the Cittone Institute of Court Reporting in Princeton. She worked with Tommer Reporting in Manhattan and Esquire Reporting in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C. After moving to Florida in 1997 she worked with Spherion Reporting until she relocated to Georgia in 2004. Barbie holds her RPR and CCR certificates, and she has been a court reporter for 18 years.
Lisa Schoch
After being graduated from high school in 1977, Lisa attended Merit College of Court Reporting in Van Nuys, California.
Aside from working as a reporter in California, Lisa moved to Savannah, Georgia, in 1993 where she has worked for
Drake Reporting, ASAP Reporting as an employee and later owner, and McKee Court Reporting before joining Gilbert & Jones. Lisa has been a reporter for 22 years.
W. Stephen Walker
Stephen attended Georgia Southern College from 1973 to 1977, graduating with an A.B. in English and minoring in Philosophy. Shortly after graduation he moved to Atlanta, where he began his career as a court reporter and worked for 25 years before moving to Southeast Georgia. Stephen has been a court reporter for more than 32 years.
